Many of our customers have a long home improvement wish list. We can conveniently work through your wish list in phases to make sure each phase is within your budget.

Robert Petty founded Top-Notch Renovations after recognizing the need for reputable residential construction services in North Austin neighborhoods. Drawing on his many years of experience “flipping” houses he established Top-Notch Renovations when he decided he was ready to “retire” from Austin’s tech industry. He and his wife, Lana, and their two sons live in Spicewood at Balcones Village. Their home, a Top-Notch Renovations, was featured on the 2010 BV/S Home Tour.
